This Package is for the Bridal Couple who plans their own wedding. As we at Diamond Events don't believe in Day of...What it really means is 4-6 weeks before. As its a vital for the coordinators to envision and execute the perfect day you've planned. Service Include:

  • Free 1.5 hour Consultation

  • Set Up of the location

  • Direct seating placement plan according to the dimensions of the venue

  • Contact & Review of all vendor contracts

  • Overseeing Event up until last call of the night

  • Meeting 2 weeks before date to finalize contracts & budgets

  • Vendor discounts if hired through planner

  • Planner assistant as second eyes and ears

  • Personalized Wedding Planner according to your specific needs according to vendors and locations ** Optional Unit Cost $60.00

  • Personalized Bridal Emergency Kits  provided to the couple 1 week prior to wedding date **Optional Unit Cost $60.00
